Just thought I would post this. I have a limb saver recoil pad on my SBEII and was out hunting with it when the recoil pad fell off. When I found it I saw that the screw holes on the pad were broken and separated from the pad. I sent an email just to ask if I had mounted it wrong or if they had something different. I did not expect any answer but they did reply asking for my address and giving me the instructions on how to mount it. The recoil pad was about 2 years old so did not expect any thing just wanted some info. Which the help with a great deal. About 2 weeks latter there was a box in the mail with a new recoil pad and an apology for the defected one that I ha. This was at no cost to me at all.
It is great to see there are still some bigger companies that give you customer service and look after there costumers in this day and age. Hats off to limb saver
