just finished tonight and ready to be sealed then paint ...I used a plastic eider head i had from making foamers so I shortened the bill up to be close to a blue bill I hope it all works good if not Alisha wants it for the shelf LOL

looking good i know of a few places to order heads if your interested,but i must say its gorgeous bud 4 or 5 dozen around that tub ooowee look out,,i must suggest the first one is for the mantle in the new home so that after many years of carving one can look back to see how far you have come,and one can also hand it down to the first of the kids to come..

That looks great...One for the mantle, but not after a shoot over it first. You have taken all the time to get to there, paint it, shoot something over it and then retire it!!!

Aim low though many years after yer bones are restin some decoy collecter will see the shot holes in yer deke and will pay bigger bucks for the authenticity ;D ;D ;D ;D
