Well guys as some of you know I set out last year to make myself Super Magnum Whistlers and Magnum Buffleheads. Here is the beginning look. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v634/oldducker/Picture150.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v734/SNAD/SupermagnumWhistlerEiderBody003.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v734/SNAD/SupermagnumWhistlerEiderBody002.jpg) These 2 where after I shaped the bodies up as I was told on some other sites I should have come up and inch then started to round up the decoys instead of as you can see I rounded from the bottom. In hind sight I should have used 3/4 inch plywood on the bottoms for added stablity and also easier to add the keel. But I went ahead I used wood screws and then hot glued then into the stryofoam. they held well. Keels where also screwed into the bottom and then before driving them home I hot glued them also. As I said plywood bottome would have been better.

Now for the magnum Buffleheads they need a better coat of paint but they work well as they are had them out and we decoy birds with them ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v734/SNAD/IMG_0499.jpg) ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v734/SNAD/IMG_0497.jpg) So when it all came down i am real please with both patterns and how the decoys turned out I ha dthem out on a day we had 40 knots of wind and they danced and look real good. Next project is eiders and scoters
