Think I may low ball them, LOL!! Seriously I wonder who will purchase that? Delta? DU? DU's Head Office is at Oak Hammock Marsh just outside Stonewall where I live, not far from Lake MB. Hope it is not purchased by some foreign resident who turns it into a private club!! The shores of Lake MB have really been prone to floding last few years, great for birds not so great for cottagers around the lake!! I dont hunt that area but people say water is so high difficult to hunt without boat etc.
