So my question is there a preferable tide which sea ducks like better? I know they feed in different locals depend on tide due the ease or the lack of ease to feed due to tidal depths. Just wondering if they like to go in deeper to a bay during high tide and therefore stay off shore a bit more during the ebb. Just asking as my experience with sea ducks isn't huge.

The tide dosen't matter much here on the South Shore , it's the wind that is the most important thing. A south wind is the best here as it makes the ducks fly closer to the shore line. An off shore wind is the worst.
