Is some kind of tool required for pre-sinking holes into frozen ground for silhouette decoys? If so, what do you guys use? -Croc

Cordless drill will work with a cheap auger bit on it

4' long peice of 1/4 by 1" wide flat bar ground to a point on one end with a 6" peice welded across the 4' peice 10" up to step on, sorta looks like a cross. This is the best thing ever & cheap to boot.
