Well Ed the gulls are watching them pretty close but I have noticed that the hens keep them close to the shoreline so they can't get a good pass at them.

Great Pics, seems like they were successful this year!!! The y grow quick and soon the gulls will be less of an issue.

Been watching them down on/around Brier Island too. Talk about a whack of em...place is loaded with them. On a good (kinda) note, the seagull eggs hatched off three weeks ago when I was down there, I went back this past week to check on the chicks and they were all gone nothin but feather piles left. Thinkin either there are fat happy adult gulls or some well fed coyotes down there. Some Eider and Gull chicks...

what i do know .. is that them gulls.. make excellent markers for say.. a form of a GPS?? hahahha but thats all im gonna say.
oh and that they should have a season for them.
