OK, got the porta potty quote today, man the price of having a crap has gone up since last time.
$230 for the weekend. $60 for a second if needed. That will be divided thru atteending parties, the more who come the cheaper it is for each of us.
BD can you, can you estimate food costs?
Kevin, can you list shooting costs.
Everyone thinking of attending please post with the number of family members as well so we can plan for the right amount of people.

I was thinking on the food- the first year we had the event we had it here at the house and we didnt really know who or what to expect. It was potluck and i think no one walked away hungry that day. Im thinking perhaps that this might work again for us -
I would of course- if its is a go from the concensus of attendees post a list so we dont get 10 garden salads and 1 t-bone.

I am fine with Pot luck,
But with some guidelines. There is no cold storage other than what you can supply by cooler, there is no way to heat anything other than by BBQ.
I'll list some essentials that I think would be a good idea and we will go from there.
Hot Dogs Hamburgers Hot Dog Buns Hamburger Buns
Ketchup Mustard Relish Cheese
I think after we get some people bring those items some salads and desserts would be great, a few people bringing each of those should cover those off
Please list whos is attending and what you plan to bring.
